The Neng and Kembongei Family Njangi Scheme held its Mid-Year Evaluation Meeting on 4 July 2026 to review the progress of the Scheme during the first half of the year and to set priorities for the months ahead.

Member Savings: 2,249,745 FCFA
Loans Disbursed: 4,065,000 FCFA
Loan Repayments: 2,005,000 FCFA
Interest Earned: 223,350 FCFA
Members unanimously approved the Mid-Year Financial Report and commended the Scheme’s positive impact on supporting businesses and household finances.
Key Decisions
– The current loan repayment terms will remain unchanged.
– Any future increase in members’ capital contributions will require unanimous approval.
– The proposal to require members to attest to how loan funds were used was not adopted.
– The family reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining and growing the Njangi Scheme.
Membership Growth
Members agreed to strengthen awareness of the Scheme by encouraging more eligible family members to learn about its benefits and consider joining in the future.

The family reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining the official website as a platform for communication, transparency, and preserving the history of the Neng and Kembongei Family.
Looking Ahead
Preparations are well underway for the 5th Anniversary Celebration of the Neng and Kembongei Family Njangi Scheme, scheduled for Saturday, 8 August 2026, in Tiko, Cameroon. Family members from home and abroad are warmly invited to join this special milestone as we celebrate five years of unity, financial empowerment, and family togetherness.
